The answer to this question deepens on the weight of the parcel which is going to be calculated upon checkout
We have ;
- FedEx with Next day deliver : expected to be one day after dispatch
- Royal Mail : 48 hours : expected to be one day after dispatch
- DPD with Next Day Delivery : expected to be one day after dispatch
- UPS with 4 business days: expected to be one day after dispatch
Customer will receive an email from us and the delivery company with tracking link
Dispatching to outside the UK countries are subject to customs meaning Taxes and customs clearance are expected. We do not charge taxes for books but your country might impose tax
Yes we do to : EU Countries, USA, Canada, Australia and some other countries. In case of delivery prices are not showing, please, get in touch to get you shipping prices
Returns & Refunds
If the order was sent and to be returned; we have two scenarios : Received wrong book , in this case we will cover the return and dispatching the correct book. Changed your mind, in this case the customer has to cover the return cost and the shipping cost will not be refunded

If order is returned on customer’s request, the refund will be full excluding the shipping and the return cost
he UK does not charge customs on books but other countries do impose customs and taxes. Please, check if your country impose taxes on imported items
